How to get a Flawless Face for Less!!

So we all have them.....FLAWS!!!
They are the things we stare at in the mirror that we wish weren't there!

Palladio rice powder (ULTA, $4)

(note that this video is 9 min. long because I am talking you through it. It normally only takes about 4-5 min. and if you don't use a brush for your foundation, just use your hands and it will cut the time even more, however you wont get as much coverage!)
