Hey, I just saw your FB post and checked out your video. (We were part of the Thrifty 50 together at YCMT.com, in case you were wondering who this random person is) First of all congrats on the weight loss!!! Keep up the good work, you look awesome! Great video too. So nice to finally see something for plus sized girls. I love your personal style....it is almost exactly the same as mine too. Lots of tanks, cardi's, flats, and jeans. I also wear a lot of sundresses with cardi's in the summertime. I too have just recently gone back to school to persue a career in nursing. It's much different now than it was years ago. Unfortunately half of my time I'll be wearing scrubs and can't accessorize much either (only stud earrings and a watch). Kinda bummed but I'll just have to step it up the other days.
My only fashion tip for you which you probably know is to shopt he Target clearance. I often find really cute and cheap colorful earrings to match my outfits and add that extra touch. Not a huge fan of their clothes, but their accessories and shoes are priced great!
Looking forward to your next video and good luck in school!! Its rough the second time around with kid(s), huh?. I have a 5 year old and a 3 1/2 year old (both girls). Keep up the good work mama! =)

Love the back to school idea!
Love the tips and can't wait for the make-up part. Love your eyes in this video. What eyeliner are you wearing?
Congrats on going back to school and willing to take that risk to change your life! I wish you all the best.

CUTE outfits!!! My fave is the Old Navy dress w/ the wedges. You looked H-O-T in that outfit!! haha I can see how much weight you've lost! You won't be plus size for much longer!!

P.S. love L's faces in the video :D

Nikki,
You have alot of great ideas and I really appreciate you sharing them here. You seem very outgoing and confident. I could definately learn alot from you! I used to be half the size I am now. For the first few years of being plus sized- I struggled to maintain my identity since I felt like my style was slowly sucked away as I was no longer able to wear the clothing that I used to love. I've always been very thrifty, being a single mom at age 17(now im 32)I never had alt of money to spend on my clothing & accessories. I've spent the last year or two in high waisted stretch jeans and just my size t shirts. No wonder I never go anywhere! I"m slowly but surely finding myself again and with your help I feel that i can leave the house with confidence once again. Thanks so much! Keep it up!
